My name is Julia. I am a holistic health coach and movement specialist, here to support women ready to reconnect with their authentic selves.    

At Eat Move and Be Well, I offer personalised online coaching to support your whole self — body, mind, and spirit. With a background in physical therapy, a master’s degree in movement sciences, and formal training in holistic coaching, I bring together science-based tools and intuitive healing practices. This approach helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom, release what no longer serves you, and move toward the life you truly want.

Whether you’re navigating physical pain, emotional trauma or distress, burn-out, or simply craving a deeper connection and true alignment, you’re in the right place. Together, we will gently explore what has been holding you back in order for you to create lasting shifts — from the inside out.
